He didn,t show due to injuries sustained after 8th round KO of Shannon McMahon on 31st july at Sharkies. The injuries ere legit. So there,s your answer. cant he walk? did he break his legs in a boxing fite???????????

If you read the article in the leader they incorrectly stated that he failed to show. In the same article it states he was in his suit and ready to front the court when on the advice of his representative lawyer to get checked by his doctor for the injuries sustained that was backed by the doctors certificate to say that he was geninuely unfit to face court in his current condition. The Leader used an untrue statement in its article and is therefore the lying party.

you must be a ryan lover... i cant wait to see him in jail. he is going to be in big trouble

The magistrate stated that she was not satisfied with the doctor's certificate. Exactly what was his condition which wouldn't allow him to sit in a car then sit in a chair in the courtroom. He must be very very seriously injured if he could not attend the court. Is he in hospital ? and if not then why not if he is in such a bad way.

Just the lawyer playing games by the look of it..he should have rocked up.

If he wasnt in hospital and was all suited up ready to go..I cant see why he couldnt have made it.

Mmm I'd have to agree with kagsy on that one, talking about a blokes missus and her
'Juices' is not on.
I think Ryan Waters is obviously a hot head probably lacks some moral fibre but that doesnt mean you can haul out on his girl

Someone can be physically 100% however not be mentally prepared to attend court you have to be aware of what is going on when you are the defendant and not just be there in body only so cannot see any drams him not being in court. ibane as crude as the comment was from jack was probably not the best thing to do to threaten someone with what Ryans friends would do to him in a thread about Ryan assaulting someone. I like Ryan good bloke and good fighter puts on great promotions I think he would want to distance himself from being implicated in the assault of someone who had a go at his misssus in this way. Disgusting what jack wrote but lets distance Ryan from any revenge
