Get 16 oz. for sparring, and i use 10 oz. for bag, cause i like to use the bag for my timing and using 16s too much on the bag makes me kinda glove shy for a lil bit...

Weird how im always the one answering your questions, and theres a lot of people who know more than me on here...maybe they just getting sick fo you askign questions, but i liek to help people out cause i've asked for help before too so you know..

I would say 16 oz or even 18 oz for training.
