Alas you are right. Boxing is not that big or popular in Australia its more like a boutique sport so we have to pay big bucks unfortunately. Thats even if you get a lot of big fights. Main event didn't even show the Froch-Taylor fight over here. Had to watch a replay when I knew the result. :-(
