At this point in time, if Meehan were in shape, who wins this fight and how? Kali Meehan vs. Shane Cameron.

Yeah I would say Meehan has enough to take care of Cameron....however Meehan has been very incative and has had a lack of quality opponants since his title shots {apart from Williamson} so may have some ring rust.

Camaron has fought more however Meehan will be his greatest test.....Kali would have 25cm reach on Cameron as well :admin

I just cant see Cameron dealing with the height advantage TBH
His head movement has been almost non-existent in his last couple of fights, not good if your trying to get inside a long jab....
Meehan TKO 8

So we are all on the same page I guess. Meehan takes it.

However if Cameron smashed Tua.....then maybe we need to take another look at this fight.

i think people are putting cameron down abit to easily, friday 13th aint exactly the perfect journeyman guy you want to be fighting, sure hes not very active in the ring but hes got plenty of power and a great chin and its a reason why he has a good record, cameron thought he could run over the top of him but didnt im sure if he won that fight a few people would have different opinions about cameron... actually i like kali alot but im going to go for cameron just for the fact kali isnt fighting anybody and is sitting there with no fights planned and i guess not much hope of landing another big one..

I actually think that fight was Camerons finest to date. He was moving well, and his head movement while not exceptional was at least developing. It was also his last fight under Garcia, and while Lollo has done a good job with im since, IMO Camerons defense has actually gone backwards.

Meehan would destroy Cameron. Meehan is on another level to Big Bob. Cameron couldn't handle his power and would get stopped.

Charles, Meehan destroyed Cameron in sparring a while back. Of course, that was just sparring. Meehan just has too much experience and skill for an unskilled but determined Cameron.
