Picture this scenario.
David Tua taking part in a rugby game.
Somebody gets tackled by David Tua too aggressively,to which they retaliate not knowing who the hell David Tua is and the guy ends up throwing a punch at Tua,
LIGHTS OUT!!!

I wouldnt be surprised if thats how he was discovered as a 15 year old mate, sounds pretty similar to how Mark Hunt was found

tua still has that left hook, even the way he circles the bag is all to set that punch up, on another note jeese he has a massive frame on him asin arms shoulders and legs no wonder theres so much power in those punches!

Tua looks like a changed man. In saying that he's still a unit and I wouldn't like to be on the receiving end of one of those 1-2-3's.

For Tua to be under 250 pounds going into an 8 week camp is an achievement in itself. He used to come into these at what? 270? 280?
250 is bad news for Cameron IMO

Apparently Tua started training for this fight at like 297 lbs, so this is damn good news that he has gotten down in weight this much.

If Tua is anywhere near fit Cameron is in lots of trouble.

Tua will beat this kid from pillar to post, if he can stay motivated and gets in shape i see him getting a mid round stoppage

Early stoppage I'm thinking, Cameron just doesnt have the skills to keep Tua off him for long

In fact, considering that Tua has another 3 fights after Cameron contracted with Maori TV, Tua coming into this one below 240 should be a worry to other heavyweights as well, I'm not going to say that he'll take a title or anything, but if he's fit and still has any skills he could demolish a lot of the top 10 right now...

I really believe Tua will come in this fight at 230. And if he does look out.
I might even see if i can get nice money on him KO as early as 3 rounds.

What do you guys think Tua's optimum weight is? Don't you think the heavier he is the better? although not too heavy..?because the bloke has such a big structure .

Tua will have cameron out of there within 2 rds. Cameron is not the hardest bloke to hit & when tua lands the left hook its night night for cameron. I think Tua's weight should be around the 240 as he's not the tallest. Camerons bitten off more than he can chew in this one.

Welliver, although good friends with both, is picking Cameron in a real war, but I gotta go with my man Tua on this one.

How come Tua never talks about fighting either of the Klitschkos, I think that he could give Wlad a good run for the money if he gets through the jab

He has too much respect for himself and other boxers to call people out without earning his shot IMO
As far as weight goes I reckon anywhere between 230 and 235 is perfect for Tua, but considering that as he gets older he'll find it increasingly difficult to keep the weight down I'll take 240 against Cameron

Im backing Tua to win by TKO early.
Before the 6th.

I predict a stoppage at the end of the 4th round, Cameron will get on his bike and try to fight off the back foot until Tua tags him, When that happens Cameron will be drawn into a slugfest, which will end quickly.
Tua has refined one punch KO power and he doesn't rush the big punch.
He is a hungry fighter once again and that is bad news for Shane

I'm not going to predict an early night for Tua because I haven't seen how Shane is going. However, Tua looks good and should win. Shane cuts easy as we all know. This might be another TKO loss for Shane.

Welliver picks Cameron only because he will be sparring with him. He's not gonna pick Tua, when he's in Cameron's camp, and Cameron is paying him. He's said in earlier posts on the Tua website that Cameron hits hard, especially to the body, but Tua hits like a mule. Tua will weigh 238 for the fight.

I dont think this is the issue it once was for Shane. He had the surgery after the loss to Ahunanya to round off the surfaces under the skin, and it seems to have helped a lot. Montiy didn't cut him but that's not really surprising. And it took till the 11th against Davis for Cameron to shed some claret...

Charles, good luck with getting the interview. If you get it, ask him why he took time off from his fight with Fox until now. I know there have been delays in the Cameron fight, but it still would have been 21 months if they had fought in June.
Rumour has it Team Cameron wouldn't mind getting out of this fight.

Rumour has it Team Cameron wouldn't mind getting out of this fight. Thanks mate, I will. I hear that Tua didn't fight for so long because of the legal battles with his former management team, and also for "personal reasons." That would be a total bummer if Cameron found a way to back out. I would completely disown him as a fighter. Hopefully he will man up and step up to the plate.
