I am going to lay it down here. I post a few posts on the Boxing News side of things, and I try to be as impartial and unbiased as possible without trying to highlight my chosen fighters or what is griping me, but I feel I must speak up, as the sport I love and care for is in a truly shocking state.

Firstly, how many big fights on the world stage have been postponed of late? Now it looks like Pac/Cotto and Floyd/Marquez will be in jeopardy; the latter again due to another retarded member of the Mayweather clan trying to fight the law. (Note; is their careers in the sport not enough to satisfy their lives, that they have to assault, rob and generally make themselves and the Boxing scene look like flids?).

Second, Freddie Roach is saying that Khan will fight Morales, instead of his mandatory. I say to the WBA, please strip him of his title before he sidesteps the legitimate challenger. This is truly shocking. Let’s have it right, he beat a C class fighter, another alphabet queen whose robot, straightforward punching style was handpicked to suit the fast handed, Khan, but the ultimately flawed and soon to be KO'ed Khan who ****** has been flogging to us on PPV for what 3 years now? Fagan, Barrera, Kotelnik and now the great Morales, eager for a paycheque after 18 months in the wilderness.

Ahh, ******. His nights bore me. They are the only PPV nights we now recive this end of the Atlantic, and they feature the pisspoor fighters that are Enzo Calzaghe. Show me fighters like Ajose Olusegun on the world stage and I will gladly hand over my £15, but it is the same drivel every couple of months. Of late, ITV4 have been putting on cracking rival nights on the same run, and I gladly watch their coverage, happily sidestepping some of the build up fights.

TV. ESPN have so far showed a re-run of Bradley outclassing Junior 'the bitter' Witter but have fundamentally not shown an interest in long term boxing coverage. ITV will not show boxing in 2010, SKY handpick Khan and Hatton fights, with he exception of the excellent Friday fight nights. I can only hope they show the whole of Hayes Heavyweight career, but the fact they did, or have not, shown interest in Carl Froch is a liberty.

There are 4 fighters I want to see right now. Ones opted for a 7 foot 3 BFG lookalike after promising me he would fight both of the K-brothers. You broke my heart David Haye. You DO NOT deserve to have a bigger slice of the contract/pay cheque, you DO NOT deserve to fight in London, you DO NOT deserve to have the option of fighting Monte '2-Bumz' Barrett then demanding to fight the universally recognised best 2 Heavy's on the planet. What about the other top 10 ranked contenders who have waited their turn? Truth is, now you have let me down like this, you would probably end up on your ass like those tomato cans. prove me wrong David because I had my whole trust in you as of last month. Froch NEEDS coverage. get off your asses SKY, BBC, ITV, support him. I have to watch the likes of Paula Radcliffe trying to shoot a pea at a needle pin with an iritating oversized Peter kay fan commentating on a Saturday night but you cant show the best Super-Middles battle it our for a brand new legacy in the sport? Khan/Roach, grow some balls, and stop mugging Joe Public off with these fights. If I pay £1 for a tin of Heinz beans, I enjoy them, i dont get given the rabbit pellet shit I overlooked when buying the product. As for Hatton, give it one more shot with Amir Khan, he will soon realise that even though you were humiliated by the P4P best fighter in the last 10 years, your still enought to KO him in 3. Come on lads. Stop ripping us off.

I pray the Supersix series and Haye fights deliver, because my rose tinted glasses are in for repair and the future aint looking to great. For the people who reply saying ‘I have choice over what I watch and pay for’ well actually, I do not. I love Boxing, it is without doubt the most important thing in my life bar one girl, and I feel like I have to delve deeper and work harder to view something that should deliver what it says.

So how is Pac/Cotto in trouble then?

It WAS a dispute over the weight but I'm not sure where they've got with that issue.

A few points:

1. How is Pacquiao vs Cotto in jeopardy? Last I heard tickets were on sale;
2. Khan's fights against Barrera and Kotelnik were seen as 50-50 fights before they took place, although hindsight is a wonderful thing;
3. I have only heard the Morales thing once. It seems Khan will be fighting his mandatory in his next fight;
4. Enzo Calzaghe was never a boxer;
5. PPV's here are a lot cheaper than America, and tbh, the last couple of PPV's have been of a decent standard;
6. Ajose Olusegun? Why would you pay to watch him, when you can for free?
7. ESPN have not just showed the Witter fight, they also showed a FNF card and other boxing programmes;
8. Friday fight nights is not 'excellent', far from it;
9. You want to pay PPV for every Haye fight, even though you bitched and moaned about PPV previously?
10. Haye never asked for a bigger portion of the money against the Klits;
11. The first fight was agreed to be in Germany, the Vit fight in another European country
12. Why should he have not had the option to fight Barrett?
13. Again, Kotelnik and Barrera were seen as tough fights, how were Roach and Khan 'mugging' people?
