This man is incredible, i'm a big fan! :D
Just an incredible athlete and an outstanding Judoka.
His list of accomplishments is highly impressive to say the least.
I read the following..

2004 Olympian
BJJ Black Belt under Ricardo Liborio
2001 Mundial Silver Medalist
2001 Pan Am Silver Medalist

I've been reading quite a bit about him, there's also some very interesting videos on Youtube as well, i'll post some below.

Rhadi helping Bobby Lashley prepare for his MMA debut in December.
Does anyone know if Rhadi's still apart of ATT?

Impressive workout ^^^
But that was dangerous. He has no wraps on his knee's and thats at least close to 300-400lbs there maybe more. He's breathing pattern seems odd as well i couldnt work it out. I can hear him exhale as he powered up but he had some odd breathing pattern in between. And those are front squats aswell! Thats even harder! Some serious power there. He's lucky he didnt blow he's knee out..

I've never used wraps on my knees and i've done a 365 squat.
haven't seen too many people use wraps actually
when i get over 300 I start having the breakdown in form he was having at the end of the 405 set and through most of the 500 set - the dipping forward & shaking. As a result I usually stay under 275.
all of those squats were back squats.
front squats sit on the front of the chest.
oh yeah, rhadi HAS blown his knees out.
he only has 1 gear in his training - bawlz out, which is what's hampered his competitive career for years, his body can't keep up a lot of times.

You don't really need to wrap your knees for front squats, I would argue you shouldn't even. Adding something other than your body is just going to not build the muscles up that you need to balance.
Most olympic style weightlifters don't wrap their knees at all, and their workouts have a ton of front squats and cleans, which end in a front squat.

He does a lot of personal training with fighters; I think he is at ATT right now most of the time.
He's a black belt under Ricardo Liborio at ATT now.
Has some good stuff on grip strength, overall conditioning, and of course judo. A bit of a pimp for his products, but hey, they guy has to get paid.

Mine are so shot to shit i have to wrap them with 40KG

Hey ho.. Either way that was some serious poundage. You could noticeably see him loosing form towards the end. Not a good way to work out in my opinion.. Too much stress on the joints isnt good for longevity.

Maybe its a language thing, but front squats are pretty much universally considered to be when you have the bar in front of you neck, as if you were coming up from a clean.
