Yep, this and the Donaire card are both independent PPV's put together by the promoters. Nothing to do with HBO or Showtime.

I'd like that in Britain where they put fights that only appeal to the hardcore fans on a small PPV. The only way to go PPV in Britain is through Sky Box Office.
