Luevano Vs Concepcion predictions

I thought this looked an easy fight for Luevano but the general all seem high on Bernabe. Anyone know why?

I was fortunate enough to see Luevano vs Dib :-((

I think Luevano takes it UD although i haven't seen a lot of Concepcion
