I was going to say they should bring in Roberto Duran to teach them all a thing or two on the jump rope, but when I thought about it, I questioned whether or not all 250 pounds of him could actually get both feet off the ground at the same time.

Duran could do stupid shit with a rope. It is great to see.

I think for the Benitez fight you can see Duran doing crazy tricks on the rope. One is where he will do squats while skipping.

I doubt most of us could do that. watching Floyd Jr with the jump rope was insane though. I may not like him, but I have to praise him for his conditioning. His agility and fluidity with the rope were fucking stunning. I remember watching the countdown tot he DLH-Floyd fight, and I was just blown out. My mother even watched it and was amazed.
Floyd is good but his jump rope ability is becoming a myth. He is really good but I've seen guys doing better things with a rope.

Check out Viloras moves on the ropes on youtube. Duran too, even David Haye can do some good shit.

Brian Viloria is crazy on the jump rope. The guy does tricks while skipping rope like a freaking circus performer.
