This is a good match up both in size and skills, which fighter would come out on top in this match up between 2 great fighters.
Im going with a Ken Norton SD 12 rounds, if over 15 rounds, a more clear win to Norton.

It would be a close fight, but if Ken gets hit clean with a big Lewis uppercut or overhand right, he would probably freeze up and be finished off.

Lewis by close decision. Ken could get it done if he could catch him and put him to sleep, but out of 10 fights I think LL wins 7 or so of them.

Lewis by late KO. Too big, too strong, and Norton doesn't have the brute force or chin to overcome.

I love Ken Norton, but this fight is all wrong for him.. Lewis is the clear victor here.

His resume shows a history of stylistic difficulty with big punchers. If he didn't blow them out (ie: Bobick, Garcia rematch), he got blown out (Foreman, Shavers, Garcia first fight).
I would expect Lewis to bomb him out as well.

All Lewis. I sure don't think the style of Norton is going to help him much against a 6"5" guy like Lewis that moves better and has a jab. Kenny's wide looping right hand from way on the the outside against this guy will see him get beat to the punch. It'll be all over and Lewis is a finisher in there. ko5 and a pretty brutal ko is a possibility.
Lennox Lewis gets to him early, Norton almost always lost when matched up against big punchers and Lewis is no exception.

Norton would be too intimidated by Lewis' size to get the job done.
For whatever reason Norton had issues fighting big punchers, and could rarely get into the fight. Although this fight on paper is close, I see Lewis eventually dominating and stopping Norton in the mid to late rounds.
Lewis TKO9

Norton could be poison to certain, lighter hitting type of opponents, but Lewis is all wrong for him. Frankly, i'd be surprised if Norton hears the bell of the 4th round.

Depends on how well Lewis gets a handle on Norton's style.
It's okay saying "Lewis bombs him out because Lewis is a big hitter and a strong man like Foreman", but Lewis had different gears and was a boxer too. And dont under-estimate Norton's awkwardness and ability to make Lewis think and be cautious. Norton could counter punch well, and hit hard himself. He was tricky defensively. This could be a distance fight, with Lewis playing it as a chess match.

Obviously Lewis would be odds on to win this one. I would n't be surprised, though if Norton caught him with one of those big overhand rights. If McCall and Rahman could do it,so could Kenny.

I watched most of Nortons important fights, he was not that bad at all but he always had problems with a fighter that could punch because Ken could not fight backing up. As long as it was he that was moving forward, Ali, Bobick,Young,Holmes he was fine but when he got hurt, Shavers,Foreman,Garcia, Cooney,Ledoux he became like a deer in the headlights, could not back up with coordination....I think of Lennox/Rudduck and see that right hand reaching Norton pretty quickly
