My score was Marquez 8 rounds to 4 and it was also pretty clear considering how Marquez landing the much bigger shots down the stretch and also the more accurate shots, with Barrera often landing jabs in freqeuncy and other little flurries that weren't clean.

I think that some people just like to give Barrera the benefit of the doubt being a legend, but there is no way in hell that he won this fight and the two judges who had it 116-111 were in my opinion very on target.

So even counting the KD, which would have been a 10-9 round for Barrera since he was unloaded upon prior to it, Barrera still loses a clear fight fairly.

There was nothing truly 'close' about it, it was very clear for JMM and I am tired of hearing these Barrera fans complain, there is only so much subjectivity in scoring and when one guy is eating the bigger shots frequently while NOT outlanding the other, how can he possibly be edging rounds?

First two rounds were clear MAB then there were ten close rounds. Depends how you scored them.

Close fight. Case closed.

JMM won 8 rounds in this fight and was the clear winner, imo.
