I have read a few articles that Jones may explore other options but Phil said Roy seems pretty keen to fight here plus if he wins he will pick up $$$ and a cruiser weight belt so hopefully its just internet talk and it goes ahead.

Jones is keen to take the Hopkins and Klitschko fights. But Hopkins ego will get in the way of it happening. And Klitschko's aren't looking to fight Roy, unless maybe he beats Green.

Not sure mate but it's from a good source.
No doubt Roy has other options to explore. Lets hope they fall through and he is left with Green.

I want to see Roy fight Bhop again. Who cares if they are both in their 40's, still an appealling fight it would be. I'd go out on a limb here & stick with styles make fights = Roy victory by UD.

i agree but bhop is very crafty and might rough up roy and destroy his game plan, seen it happen a million times before..

Green should count his lucky stars if that's the case.

It's all good:good
There just pushing it back to dec 2nd on a Wednesday so they don't have to compete against any other shows like the super 6.
Which will ensure more cash for RJJ:deal

miracle man,
jones said he wants to fight the klitschko's?
when did he say this?
Roy beats a totally shot Lacy and now he thinks he's the king of the world!! He should be happy to land the fight with Green and be fighting for a title...

miracle man,
jones said he wants to fight the klitschko's?
when did he say this?
probably about ten minutes after Calzaghe had just slapped him around for 12 , then when he came around he realised what he had said , now don't get me wrong i like Roy but if he is allowed to face either Klitschko then everyone near him ie family and friends needs shooting with shit .

Absolutely best boxing news I've heard since June 1976....
...when Muhammad Ali fought Antonio Inoki in a boxer vs wrestler match-up in Tokyo, Japan.
...what a magnificent spectacle it proved to be too. Inoki, the Japanese wrestling star, spent the entire bout on his back trying to kick Ali who remained standing the whole time!
What a joke, and it too should have been held on April Fools day.
