Is Simpson-Truscott II your British fight of the year so far?

As the thread title says and if not which fight is your favourite British fight so far in 2009?

No.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and i give massive props to both men...as i watched the fight i was asking myself if it was but for me i'm going Dodson-Quigley. My reasoning for this is that that fight swung back and forth...Dodson was fighting like Trusscott...sheer bravery..as he had only one eye...he got off deck and had Quigley going and could or should of finished him...to then be stopped in final round...plus crowd atmosphere helped it as well. It was that good a fight i felted gutted when Dodson lost. This years produced epic battles for sure.

Simpson vs Truscott maybe is the Brit fight of the year, I will have to give the Quigley and Lindsay fights a rewatch though.

i enjoyed rogan sexton the most, just raw fighting heart but hes also a gentleman. the skelton fight i was on my feet shouting at the telly! i dont know about foty tho.

Quigley-Dodson still is I reckon.

Might rewatch that tonight! I think people are forgetting just how sensational a fight that was.

This is my opinion as well. I was thinking back the other day and thought Lindsay-Appleby was the best but thinking of it now, the Dodson-Quigley was probably better. Simpson-Truscott is defo up there but I don't think it's better than those two:think.
