how should u breathe while doing push ups... i have a bad habit of holding my breath, so i cant really do too much when that happens.

also, how do u breathe with pull-ups

since they're not that intense, breathing isn't that significant, but you should breathe out when you push up.

Then you aren't doing enough of them. By 100 they should be feeling

intense, and then breathing is important.

Breath out as you extend your hands, and same principle used when

you extend your hand for a punch.

wtf are you talking about? I said that push ups weren't intense because you needed to do a lot to feel the burn. That implies I am speaking from my perspective which comes from experience. Yes, I'm fat.....5'9, 140 with 6% bodyfat......and if I do push ups in strength training, I do them in sets of 50-75.

And Relentless, why do you always have some bullshit sideline comment?
