historians help!-boxing picture

hello there,i picked up a framed boxing picture from a skip the other day,,can anyone help to identify the film/actors please.
i am assuming that it is from an old boxing film but don't know which one,help please!

The guy in the hooped shirt looks like Jack Dempsey so if the other guy is Spencer Tracy it must be this movie:-

this one seems to be the frontrunner,,i would be happy if it was,dempsey's a legend !!
