Rite, last season i boxed at 64kgs and had a pretty shit start (it was my first season), won 1 and lost 2. All season i was sitting at around 62kgs but never thot of moving down a weight.I was always fighting people around 4-6 inches taller than me and i really struggle against people with a much longer reach than mine.
I've been running for a while and the lowest i've been is 60.7kgs after a run.
If i eat very little the day before and on the day of the fight will I still have the energy to fight?
