Judah DeLaHoya and Castillo punch stats!!

Just checked the punch output for these 3 fighters in their recent defeats and if Castillo was so faded it does not really compare to how faded both Judah and DeLaHoya were in their recent loses judging primarily on their punch stats.

Power Punches thrown:

Judah 12 rds: 90/150
DeLaHoya 12 rds: 82/341
Castillo 31/2 rds: 47/151

So Castillo threw more power punches in less than 4 rds than Judah did in 12 rds against Cotto.Also DeLaHoya does not match up to the work of Castillo either.So if Castillo is so shot then judging by this an argument that DeLaHoya and Judah are more so,it at least throws up question marks.

Castillo was so shot he could still throw 50 to 60 punches a round :patsch

It doesn't matter if it's Castillo now or two years ago, that body shot is putting him away. Or has his ribs got old?

Castillo blocks like that in ALL his fights. He is an orthodox fighter in orthodox stance blocking how a southpaw would in that guard. He thought a head punch was coming so he could block it with his shoulder. A head shot wasn't coming and Hatton made him pay by catching him with a shot he didn't see coming.

Of course it does, it is indictive of their fitness. Old fighters begin to get more conservative with how many they throw or how hard they punch i.e. Hopkins.

There was very little on most of Jose's shots last night. This can not be said of most of Oscar or Zab's output in their fights.

not really, if de la hoya has such an elusive opponent he has to pick his spots to make sure he aint countered to death

also judah naturally isnt a freeloader he picks his punches very carefully
