Alot of guys don't feel a great deal of pain during a fight, it's called adrenaline.

LOL @ the prospect of Diaz fighting while high. I SERIOUSLY doubt it.

Also, weed isn't a painkiller, at the very least not in the context that "painkiller" is usually used.
