Can't for the this fight and the whole undercard, it has been a long wait since we last got a Vegas card.
I have a few cans of Guinness draft and a case of Becks in the cooler and think I will be snacking on some Tex Mex. Pre-fight entertainment will be a re-run of Marquez-Diaz and Mayweather-Hatton.:yep

I have some of this in the fridge, which was bought purely because of the name  Better be good!

I might have a curry or something to go with it :good

I'll have a few tins with my mate and some takeaway (:tong) whilst enjoying the best card in a very long time:good:happy.
Kos, you can't go wrong with Ale, mate. I love it.

Such a prefabricated fight is not worth watching. Hulk Hogan anyone?
Kid Lucky

I might stay up with a few beers and some popcorn.
Who's on the undercard then and do we know that Sky are showing it or just showing repeats or will I have to flick over to the 'high' channels on Sky for some entertainment?
Such a prefabricated fight is not worth watching. Hulk Hogan anyone?
The main event may well be, however the undercard aint half bad.

I could watch it at the missus or at home but that's got nothing about it. I'm hoping to find somewhere with some atmosphere, be it a casino, bar or random's house. The search isn't looking promising.

Yes mate all about a take away in the morning, might have a Turkish donner kebab or a chicken burger meal. Doesn't anybody eat food rather than just drink (for a boxing match)?

I'm going out for a few drinks with some mates then getting the last bus through to Newcastle and we'll be watching the fight in a casino in Newcastle.

i'll be going round my mates in up town, theres gonna be 6 of us watchin it but im the only boxing nut, the rest of them will be there for the krononbergs, takeaways and ME for entertainment, apparantly watching me drunk going mad at the telly when theres a big fight on is priceless?
are they showing the katsidis fight?

are they showing the katsidis fight?
I'd imagine so, it would be absolute madness not to.
Going for a sleep tomorrow afternoon for a few hours. Then as much beer as i can drink and hopefully stay awake and watch a few good fights.

I love Floyd and JMM but cant wait to see Katsidis again aswell. He's always ermm interesting!!
And with quite possibly the worst trainer in the world. "Great round Mike, you took that easy" after he just spent 3 minutes getting battered and knocked down.

going for a meal with my mate then back to my flat to watch MOTD and the final 24/7. that will lead us to 2am and the fight. Not in HD which sucks. 52 inch screen will still be all good.
get to bed after the fight, wake up and go for a big breakfast and then watch grand slam sunday football.

I'm in work till 4 on the Sat, rush home try and get some sleep until around 8, go the pub with the lads, go back home or to my mates, download the last 24/7 watch that, then a few games on FNR4 then the whole show, then in bed and up for work at 10am :(

Going to have a good slepp Saturday afternoon while watching the football. Going to see District 9 with my mate while the wife watches Xfactor and all that Saturday night shite. Hopefully watch MOTD and FL show, quick nap then up to watch the fight.

Hit casino for the Barcelona Athletico match @ 9.
My pals hosting this fight so go there for about 1 am.
As the fight nears, probably put some drunken cash on a near impossible Marquez win.
Watch fight,if ok/a bit boring-head home for some rest
If a very good fight, will be buzzing and more than likely drink to the Sunday afternoon.

I've been told to have a nap by the missus tomorrow afternoon as since I'm reaching 30 I'm getting old and my stamina ain't what it used to be.
Heading out this afternoon to get some Magners and Sol. An indian will be the choice of meal; Chicken Rogan Josh, Keema Rice, Keema Nan, Poppadhoms and maybe some Pakora to start.
Afore the card starts - which I am so psyched for - I'll need to do some work on my movie script.

Has anyone used the Sky Player online?
My folks have full Sky subscription but i want to watch the fight at mine with a few mates. The plan is to log into the sky player on the laptop using their Sky ID thing, hook it up to the 40" screen and enjoy.
Ive been stuck at work/out and havent been able to test this yet, anyone know if this will work?

Yep, I hear you. The last Mayweather fight against Hatton we had a lock-in at my local pub, it was a brilliant night, I had only returned from the Kings Hall after watching the Duddy - Eastman card, I paced myself with the beer as I wanted to enjoy the fight, but the place was buzzing and at 4am, it is funny to be in the middle of a load of drunks screaming abuse at a big tv screen:lol:

I've got no pubs near me that are worth their salt. They fucking disgust me. Fucking golf and cricket is put on.
Real men are a dying breed!
My mates dad used to always watch the big fights during a lock-in but not no more. Hagler-Leonard, some pints, loads of mates, that's a real atmosphere.

I am in Northern Ireland, but dont know if they will show the Mayweather-Marquez fight for a lock-in, I think it was because of Hatton that they did the lock-in, as that was a huge fight with big interest.
The only thing with the lock in is you tend to totally miss the undercard, too busy drinking, chatting to mates, playing a game of darts or whatever....until the big one comes on....

ALL my mates are moving in sat or sunday so noone will wanna watch it and move in next day no time. I will be shattered by sunday morning though with no slepp and no doubt out sunday nite in leeds.

Read the skyplayer small print, HBO Boxing fights are one of the few things that they legally can't broadcast on skyplayer, along with WWE.
As for me, I've delayed my return to uni so I can see this fight before I go. Gonna watch the first 2 episodes of 24/7 in a bit. My saturday starts with the IndyCar from Japan at 10am, followed by Burnley v Sunderland, Soccer Saturday, a couple of Super League playoffs, Match of the Day, Football League Show then the final 2 24/7's before 2am.
Sheeeeeeeeetttttttttt thats one long day.
