im still unsure whether to go after my opponent and let my quick hands go or whether to counterpunch..


does anyone else have this problem and dont know what style they should fight with????

being able to do both would be better. You dont want to be a 1 dimensional fighter,
Try both in sparring and it may depend on your opponent what will work for you. If your opponent is slow then you can counter punch. If your opponent is too fast, match him with your speed and keep your hands up.

Analyze what you do best and go with it.

If you have quick hands, don't just punch. Practice proper and actual combinations. Drill those and worry about advanced defense later.
