Running, working out, and just plain working with ankle weights. I'm thinking about just walking while wearing ankle weights in day-to-day activities.

Any dangers in any of those? (for example punching with dumbbells is not great for your joints etc)

ive thought about this.

i know christiano ronaldo wears ankle weights during training and well look at his footwork.

ali used to do it too.

I use them for hill sprints and running up/down stairs sprints
havent had any problems

Do NOT run in these. Please.

Good 1 mate. If most boxers had his kind of feet the sport wouldn't be in danger against mma. thats for sure

Do NOT use ankle weights for anything other than strengthening your thigh and hip muscles. No walking, no running. You will hurt your knees.
