Good work old son...Did a great job, clearly beat Escobedo and that judge that scored to him by 4 points should look for another job..that card was scandalous.

Apparently judge Mike Fitzgerald, who scored Katsidis' fight 112 -116 in favour of Escobido, is to be 'investigated'.
The other judges had it 118-110 and 116-112, both for Kats.
Perhaps a vision test might be in order for our friend Mr Fitzgerald as well!
...and it makes you wonder if it's a case of an honest judge having a bad night, or something worse again!!

The current edition of FIST Magazine (printed prior to Kat's latest bout) had Katsidis 6th on the current Aussie pound-for-pound list behind:
1/ Vic.
2/ Mundine.
3/ Green.
4/ Geale.
5. Ndou.
I see Kats, now 26 + 2, outrating Green, Geale & Ndou (even though Green & Ndou currently hold titles).
Where do others see Kats P4P?
2nd after Vic. He's the only one who has fought and beaten opposition in the "world class" bracket in the last couple of years. He's still a fair way behind Vic though.

BROKEN JAW ? Has he had an Xray post post fight Conference ? At the Conference he was asked about the broken Jaw and he laughed and said its only bruised .

hes definately a world class fighter, all heard like a terrior that wont stop, amazing is one word and all the best to him hope he gets a few more big pay days, when i heard split decision i was ready to throw my glass at the tv in the pub!

Well I'm no doctor, but it looked broken, and then I read it in the paper so I just assumed, but sure.. bruised or whatever, the guy pushes through the pain barrier something fierce.

when a jaw swells it is usually a good sign, when a facial break occurs you dont normally get much swelling

As for the whole card, well it sucked balls. Kat's fight was the best thing on it.
Hopefully he'll fight Marquez next.

great win.chris johns as well.as for the judging it seems to happen with GBP and their fighters oscar/floyd,BHop/cal,kat/esco but at least the right fighters got the W.
