Blood pouring from my nipples

Hey look this is a serious matter, admidst my spartan training sessions ive experienced a strange occurance. blood pours from my nipples. it is cearly embarressing and hard to explain to fellow on lookers, sparring partners and worst of all, my coach who usually holding the towel.

I had the same thing last year. It didn't pour though, just a small amount :oops:

Scurla had a theory about testosterone levels and nipple sensitivity, it may also be related to the fabric you are wearing during workouts.

Yeah Ive heard of it with runners, its just chaffing from their shirts.

They say to put vasoline on it before you start, atleast from the googling I just did.

i have heard of nipple rash with runners but i have never seen anything like this. Get it checked out.

I used to suffer from it after a good run, but i started only running in these specialist running shirts made by New Balance and they are excellent. Apart from the relieved nips, they are light, cool, and all round super-comfortable to work out in.

Build up of blood pressure throo over exertion ... i power lift and often break veins in my eyes ... not great i know but i aint in any pain ...

Yeah i agree. Not tennis polos but those soft airey athletic t shirts based off of them are great.

Anyone wear skins? They are also very comfortable.
