Macklin KO
I havent seen Macklin vs Amin, but the outcome didnt surprise me at all.
Slyvester can be knocked out as the fighter from Finnland proved some years ago.
Macklin can beat the one-dimensional Slyvester, but I guess the German's camp will be looking for easier prey.
Sylvestre is surely one of the weaker champs out there.
Korobov,Ndam,Pirog,Golovkin,Macklin,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and ...and .............quite a few rivals at middle weight can defeat him.
AA's shoes are too big for him!:D

I'd pick Macklin right now but I have to say Sylvester had a good defence against Lorenzeo. I wouldn't base the Asikainen fight as the reason Macklin would win just that you know Macklin has the ability to step it up a level.
Macklin would win. Macklin has a great chance to knock him out, SS can be hurt and broken down. Same goes for Sturm. I think he'd have a chance against either of them even in Germany. And lets be honest, he'd have to fight in Germany and take that risk.
I doubt either will be desperate to fight him if they see that fight.
Pavlik murders him though.

Just because he clocked Asikainen doesn't mean he is suddenly the equivalent of Abraham on speed. Asikainen developed a serious problem of a glass chin, maybe from getting KOed or taking too much damage in sparring, maybe from damage to the neck he too when hit on the back of his head / neck from Sylvester (clear foul, back then). When Asikainen gets hit, he never recovers. Even Gevor, who couldn't put a dent into Felix Sturm who has NO good chin, KOed Asikainen in 5 rounds, just with a bit of clubbing, the same clubbing he did on Sturm with no effect.
Sylvesters last fight was bad, because his new trainer was trying to get him a totally different style than before. That already fell short before when his old trainer tried the same to get him a different style for Sturm than he fought before. This lesser version of Sylvester with confusion about his gameplan could lose to Macklin, but in the good shape he was when allowed to fight HIS style (like vs. Castillejo), Macklin would get a lot of problems. If Sylvester keeps as befuddled with his new "style", he will lose the very next time he fights no tomato can.
