Rate Munroes power

im fed up of reading about munroe's non existent power, hes no big puncher but hes big for the weight and has respectable power despite not sitting down on his punches:smoke

im baseing it on the fights ive seen him in, 3 is a little harsh i must say, also size does translate to power if you turn over your punches correctly

Size at the weight has nothing to do with it. It's about punching technique. He can't punch, he hasn't knocked any notable fighters out, and you can just see by watching him he pushes a lot of punches and rarely lands cleanly on the chin. He's a work-rate type of guy.

The point is Munroe isn't anywhere close to that and his power is below average. If 5 or 6 is average he's got to be less again.

the thing is... when ive seen munroe dig punches in imho the opponent gets discouraged, the problem is he rarely digs his punches in as hes happy to just box away, if he had a different boxing style then MAYBE he would get more KO/TKOs

ive probably rated his power on what he could do rather than what he does do but i do think if he boxed more aggressivley he would get more stoppage wins.
