Do you have any MMA or boxing training videos?
I have a counter punching HVS from ringside, submissions with Vitor Belfort VHS, and I just ordered
"mastering the Mitts" from ringside.
I was thinking of ordering something from Bas Rutten's site.

The only tape you need to study is Charlie vs. Heavyweight. You master that and you will win all of your fights.
