Say if Moore defeats Ryan which i think he will, he and sergio martinez would then fight for the WBC 154 title, who do you think would win and how?

the thing with fighters like Jamie and Vanes Martyosyan who is also mentioned to be fighting Martinez is that they are salty fighter at best. Guys don't have the footwork to match the loaded stalk stance they naturally fight out of. If you're gonna load up on the right side then you better have some bounce going backwards like Chad Dawson; but Jamie and Vanes don't have the "IT" factor. Sergio would box circles around them. Better opponent is Angulo especially for Vanes as they have Tsurkan as a common opponet. Although Angulo will walk Vanes down and Jamie has a better chance imo.

Martinez is a fight I like for Jamie if he gets that chance.

Martinez is a terrific boxer, very fast, great mover, but there is always that suspicion he's a bit weak and not that durable if you get to him and work away.

I could see Martinez boxing well for maybe the first 5 or 6, but Jamie would get closer and closer and become more effective as the fight progresses.

Yeah? I'd prefer Cintron from a styles point of view.

Absolutely. Moore would take Cintron to the cleaners, I'd bet the farm on Moore by KO.

I like Martinez too, particularly if he dispatches Rhodes in style as they present some of the same difficulties. There are only so many rounds you can hit and move (with little power) before Moore catches up, its not like he's a slouch.

TBH there isn't anybody in the division I wouldn't give him a very solid chance against the way he's fighting. Only Paul Williams but he's gone.

I maybe overate Martinez, but he does look like a real class act to me.

Agreed, as an outboxer he's tremendous, you can't crticize much he does apart from the occasional slaps. It would be interesting to see how he handles a guy the size of Moore inclose and hitting him to the body. I'm fairly sure he can't move about all night.

I don't mind Spinks, I have to be honest I've never found him TOO boring  Maybe its the novelty factor that I don't get to see him often.

I think he's had rough rides with robberies, nobody really wants to fight him, and so on. Very good fighter at his prime.

yep, the guy can box though and he did beat Taylor and call me crazy but i think a prime Cory is one of the guys who gives Floyd problems (maybe i'm just nuthugging though lol!) i'm starting to get that vision of him getting his groove on and then being aired out by Zab. Lol

Spinks was robbed against Picirillo, robbed against Verno Phillips (disgrace) and a lot of people thought he beat Taylor and his other loss except the Judah KO was a SD.
