Did anyone else think that last nite show was really poor.i was so tempted to turn over n will usually watch any boxing on tv no matter who it is.but last nites show was boring the bob ajasf fight bored me to death and the first fight looked like he took a dive to me the punch hit his gloves b4 it hit him.
Anyways wats ur thoughts on the show cheers

It was exactly what I expected. I agree the KO in the first fight was a bit strange.

dam rite it was strange i rewinded it a few times.the right hook didnt land either and he controlled his landing he didnt flop like wen ppl normally get knocked out in that fashion.
hennesy didnt do him self no favours especially with the itv deal coming to an end there was no incentive to extend the contract with shows like that

I was out last night so watched the show this morning having avoided the result. I ended up forwarding it through the Ajisaf fight as soon I could see they were settling it to that boring pattern. Pretty crap card but better than nothing I guess.
It was disapointing. The undercard sucked something bad, and the main event turned out the one sided mismatch it had the potential to be.

wat did u guys think ov PHIL FURY i thought he was crap and lucky to get the win.the onli reason he was on the under card was cos his last name is fury.

I must have watched a different card.
While it was never gonna be even matches, I thought Kid Gallahad and the Badger were both decent. The light-heavy fight was awful mind.
Main event was entertaining.
Only down side for me was the muppets booing Thaxton.

Dickheads. Honestly, I dont know why people like that even go to shows. If you're booing Jono then you obviously have no clue about the sport.

maloney, hatton and ****** undercards are usually good because there are allot of decent prospects on there.
Hennesey has no prospect other than Tyson Fury.

Thought the quality was poor last night as I have for the last few of his bills.
Would Hennesey Have been paid upfront for this tv deal? If so he must of blown his budget early doors.

is phil fury promoted by hennessy? if he is that is bullshit, coz he is crap and didnt do nowt as an amatuer. he clearly lost that fight las nite, and should of bin disqualified for the low blows that he was purposely throwin. that barnes from sheffield on 1 of hennessy last cards was shit 2, no wonder itv pullin out!

Thought he looked terrible, like an excitable kid ( which i guess is what he is). Only young mind. But with the point deduction i had it draw or the other guy ahead ( Just). Im no expert scorer but didnt think he deserved the win , especially after those awful low blows

atrocious card, but my expections are very very low of Henny bills so it made it easier to take in, plus when you're starving you'll eat anything.

Saturday was the probably the first time on Hennessy's itv4 shows I've skipped the whole undercard, over the past few months I've fast forwarded through the dross looking ones, but saturday was an absolute joke.
Sadly I'll be sitting through another one of those joke cards in a couple of weeks. Hopefully the froch fight is worth it though.:D
