View Full Version : Haye sparring question

Saw a post on another thread where Booth is qouted as saying that he has seen Haye take big shots and not flinch, but at other times take smaller shots and go wobbly.
Made me think about the rumours I heard about Haye sparring Arreola while still at CW and apparently giving him it tight. Does anyone know anything else about this and whether Haye took any shots?

Both Arreola and Haye have said they have never even met let alone sparred so chalk that off the rumour board mate.

I remember Haye talking about Areola and he genuinely didn't know his name.

I pay not attention to all the sparring rumors.

In a dream. A naked native told him.
There was a piece in BN about Haye seriously hurting Virchis with a body shot. nothing about decking him though.
I haven't heard about the Sultan thing but I'm pretty sure I've read something about Haye sparring TIMUR Ibragimov.

Yeah......
Apparently Oliver McCall sparred 300 rounds with Tyson and never went down once.... :nut
Sparring rumours are just that. Rumours. Bullshit.
There is nothing anywhere that said he's sparked either of those names, and if he had knowing Haye he would of boasted about it, or at last alluded to the fact.
David Haye is exciting but he's a little too light. David Haye will be a very beautiful fight with Sultan. I saw David Haye sparring five years ago with Timur Ibragimov. I saw how fast David Haye is. But he's not a very dangerous puncher.

Didnt Haye try to destroy Fraudley in sparring when Lennox was in the gym? Frauds got all upset about it.

Audley was trying to get his 'mojo back' with Lennox present and Haye 'took liberties' with him. :rofl:rofl

Thanks for clearing that up for me guys, think I read about it in the General. Just surprised me (if it was true) that Arreola didn't rock Haye at all (in the story I heard).
Think it was supposed to have been in Miami.
I wasn't trying to say that Haye sparked Arreola in sparring, he would spark him in a real fight, was just wondering about the whole chin issue.

Yep. Its also Hayes fault that Audley lost to Dominic Gunn cause he took these "liberties" :nut

So you won't bother posting anything more about him then, right? ;)

Yet, you're in EVERY thread where there's a chance his name might get mentioned.
Whats with your robotic statements anyway?
