Because showtime will broadcast it as well right? Does that mean they will have to fight in the middle of the night like Calzaghe did in Britain, so the US audience can see it live at a normal time?

The broadcast starts at 23.00 MET, so this is 5.00 p.m EST in America.
As I remember right , you mentioned in a past thread, that you`d like to come to Berlin for watching this fight. So, what`up ?

I most probably can't come anymore:-( Such a big fight here in Europe and I'll have to miss it..:verysad

For me Berlin is the other end of Germany. So I`ll enjoy the fight with some friends on TV and:happy I´ve got no problem with that.

Because the "home" fighter, along with the ref's/judges many times are licensed by the ABF as opposed the the BDB.

Sauerland's events are commisioned by ABF. He works with them all the time. Kohl's events are not.

The fight will start after 23:15 as there's a 5 minute interval for the news before that.

In German TV (ARD) they will just broadcast 2 fights of the Berlin event
It`s Abraham-Taylor and Licina-Hernandez and may be short pieces of the other fights. They don`t have a livestream.
UK ? I don`t know.

I think, the Licina-Hernandez fight will coming after Abe vs. JT as tape delay.

In my opinion, the abraham vs. taylor fight starts at 23:30 (CET)

Dunno why there s no thread on Abrams fight, anyway, just wanted to comment on it: A very convincing match and a brilliant late KO by Abrams. I saw Taylor dominate the early rounds with his jab - though he wasnt connecting much really, most was absorbed by Abrams gloves, but he was the more active fighter, saw him winning 4 of the first 5 rounds. It has to be said most of them were close rounds, imo, turning point arrived when he was dedcuted a point for low blow, that was a 10-8 round for me and from there Abrams swept all the rounds, wobbling the guestfighter badly in the 9th and sending him down and out in the last.

Well done Abrams :good

Heard the Froch verdict was a farce :D
