Boytsov did the job, routine performance. He was deadly accurate tonight, and returned more to the killer mode rather than boxer as we've seen lately. As we'd expect with this opponent of course.

The real story of the night was Gavern. He was an utter clown. He was down about 8 or 9 times in the fight, no joke, and he was clowning around throughout. Shouting to the crowd, teasing Boytsov and acting up. The stoppage was a farce, Gavern went down and got up. As the ref counted Gavern was talking to the crowd and didn't turn to face the ref, so the ref waved it off.

The other fights weren't aired, just some womans fight.

Yeah... Gavern really put the smile on peoples“faces. Boytsov joined in the act couple of times. To me it looked like one time when he hit the canvas near Boytsov“s corner, he crawled to shake hands with Boytsov“s corner men before getting up. He also punched the ref in belly couple of times and the ref took it well and just laughed.

It was kind of good fun, eventhough I don“t wish to see too much of this kind of fights. However, if the clown is good and notices he“s not fighting for victory, why not give something else to the audience instead of only ducking hands in ears, holding etc.
