I was wondering what would be some good training that would help my conditioning and I need some help with movement when fatigued. Had a long sparring session and towards the end up the session my punches had nothing, my legs refused to move, and I couldn't find a way of moving or staying busy
Any tips? I really don't like to run around the ring when tired, but if I must then I suppose I will.

the movement comes with experience but i used to have a 5-10 minute skip before i left the gym. it helped a bit i saw it as teaching your muscles to twitch when tired.

Yes I run, but it's a different story once you're in the ring. I don't know whether it's the carpet that he has in the ring or what

tip - control your relaxation in the ring and your stamina will last.
running will give you cardio to take with in the ring but it doesn't teach you how to not shit yourself... unless you have a dog chase you or something
