Byrd decision. Too slick. Byrd had problems with tall guys with good jabs. Norris didnt do anything special besides being a solid technician, but that wouldnt be good enough for Byrd, who was also solid in that area, besides being slick and hard to hit cleanly.
Norris would have always been better suited to fight below heavyweight in my opinion, because like I said his height and lack of punching power always held him back.

Byrd never had any problems in his prime. If lewis woulda given him the opportunity i think bryd woulda been given more credit. No way could lewis ever beat a prime byrd.

I voted for Chris Byrd by decision. This far, three other posters have voted the same way, and I think that's pretty much the way that the rest of this pole is going to go....

Gee....i guess getting your ass beat by Wlad and his brother does not qualify as being beaten in your prime...shame about Vitali's shoulder..but Byrd put no hurt on him...and I loved seeing the snot fly out of Byrd's face when crazy Ike went ballistic on him... but in all fairness Byrd may have given Lewis trouble for a few rounds but after the third or fourth look for Byrd to be flat on his back or face

i believe that lewis couldn't have stopped him that fast , if at all.

Byrd would have presented a problem for Lewis. If you ask Manny Steward off the record he will tell you it would have been a bad fight for Lewis. Even though Lewis boxed from the outside, he still liked to mix it up more than the Klitschkos and could have found himself in a missing match.
The Klitschkos had success because they just boxed from the outside and used their quick jabs. Ike caught him with speed.
I would still have picked Lewis to win comfortably by decision, but wouldnt have been suprised to see Lewis stumbling around the ring trying to land his righthand.
