Taylor: Pavlik a normal fighter;
Pavlik: Taylor has a lot of flaws!

WBC/WBO middleweight champion Jermain Taylor spoke today about his September 29 super fight against mandatory challenger Kelly Pavlik. "I weigh 165, 166 and I'm ready to fight," stated Taylor, who also said he's not having any trouble making 160 and enjoying a great training camp in the Pocono Mountains. Regarding Pavlik, Taylor commented "I don't see him doing nothing....he just a normal fighter. I don't see him on my level."

#1-ranked middleweight challenger Kelly Pavlik said today that he loves Taylor's comments. "It makes me train harder, work harder and come fight night, fight harder." As for when he gets Taylor in the ring, Pavlik promised, "We're bringing the heat.....he's going to see a lot of punches." Pavlik also pointed out that Taylor "has a lot of flaws."

Yeah, Pavliks just "a normal fighter", who's 31-0, with 28 KO's.

Both guys are excellent fighters, Taylor is more proven at a higher level of competition...let's hope there is one clear winner.

I'm sticking with Pavlik by KO

both good fighters, but i really think pavlik is a little overrated on this site (come on he beat miranda)......i said it from the time they signed it taylor ud

Ill watch this fight because its on. Dont care much for it though. Both arent very well skilled fighters. I guess the one that makes the least amount of mistakes will win.

There are still tickets available, but it will probably sell out before fight night.
