Maybe because they don't wanna fight here is Australia so my idea Choc is this...Grow a pair and fly over there to fight them. PLUS with that said if I recall Kessler was ready for the rematch and it was YOU who did not want the fight.
I truly cant believe anymore Choc is our best known fighter. Really he fights guys like this and he gets on the news and newspapers and yet Katsidis busts his A55 off fighting over there and taking on world class fighters and he gets nothing.

You see, people arn't educated in boxing, no one ever really knows the opponant. It's just a given to the boxing ignoramus. He could be fighting Fedor Emelianenko and no one would know.
Every show is a mock primetime mainevent thing, it's the Mundine illusion and Australia are just being taken for a ride.

I didnt even know the fight was on last night by the way.
I watched the fox sports vid. Saw Geale fight to a standing ovation despite the fact the guy he was fighting was just as over matched.
Looks like the tazwegians are just as thick as the rest of australia when it comes to viewing "high quality" fights

Last nights fight for Mundine was an inglorious embarassment for a so called self professed champion of the world.
10 rounds of non sanctioned ring a ring a rosie without chairs at catchwieght.
To call out Pavlick etc... at the conclusion was pathetic and predictable. Even stunk of desperation. We have seen and heard it all before and nothing will change because Mundine proves his worth on the world stage with fights likes last nights repeatedly.
A big congratulations to matchmaker Khoder, you continually raise the stakes for your cash cow and undoubtably improve his value in the world of boxing.

He lacks power and at no time was able to even hurt his skinny opponent ( without a ko in his last 7 fights). Fighters of the callibre of pavlik, williams, abraham, kessler etc. would of had this guy out in a few rounds.

Barbosa fought hard and never took a backward step, he got hit with lots of shot and always came back with his.
It was a good fight and they punched on hard in the final round.
He was very respectful and geale thanked him for a great fight.
I didnt score the fight but Barbosa should have been given a round or three, but Geale did have a very high punch output.

1. Geale is running from Mundine....he knows he gave it his best and fell short.
2. Geale knows he cant get up again like he did for that fight
3. Mundine had a bad night and he wont let Geale off the hook next time

Well, Mundine has the chance to put his money where his mouth is - Pavlik v Williams has been postponed by Pavlik due to complications associated with his hand infection. Williams reported unlikely to wait around until January.....go on Mundine, invite Williams over - another MOST AVOIDED fighter like you!

geale beat mundine in the first fight and he will do it more convincingly in the second even though i wasnt too impressed with him last night. However mundine fighting geale or the contender winner are both a waste of time for him . The guy is 34 years old and would prob. have another year or 2 left in him , when is he gonna have his first fight in america ??? how much longer do we have to see these piss poor local "ppv's" ????? surely there arent too many more agie taxi drivers left to put on his resume

Nobody any good is going to respect Mundine's power, or lack of it these days, and they'll be all over him.
If he's got the nuts to get in with Geale again all will be revealed I suspect.
His record of taking the easiest path possible suggests he'll duck Geale and have Khoder court Green again.
Tony Snr said 5000 to 6000 would be required to convince the Mundine camp to return for the rematch with Daniel Geale, and apparently only 3000 turned up. Could well prove to be part of their reason for wrangling out of a re-match.

If memory serves me well, had the chance to win a GF for St George if he passed the ball, but no - hogged it (limelight), didn't pass and the dropped it with line open.....
Melbourne 'Stormed' back and the rest as they say is history....
Quoted in media as saying "St George were the real champions" early the following year when the Dragons and Melbourne faced off into the new season and if I seem to recall were beaten by about 60-odd!

Ash you are stone in love with a now finished fighter who never quiet lived up to his potential , surly you can see that after his recent choice of opponents and the manner in which he has fought them , in my honest opinion i think Mundine knew his star burned out when he stepped up to world class and to his credit he has suckered blokes like you into earning himself and his family an excellent amount of cash without having to face any said top tier opponents , Ok well done Choc ...moving on ....
