I think Pavlik is/was overrated.

Who did he beat other than the also overrated Taylor, and that was after nearly being KO'd himself in the 2nd round. In the rematch, a gunshy Taylor took him the distance, who then went on to beat Jeff 'Damaged Goods' Lacy before being KTFO in his 2 next fights.

In that same time, Pavlik has beaten no one of note, and copped hidings at the hands of Hopkins and Martinez.

Prior to beating Taylor, the best name on his resume is Miranda, and that fight was won by the slugger with the most determination, not the better boxer.

The ghost is overrated...or at least, was overrated. He shouldn't be any longer :yep
