Does anyone (Leon maybe?) know what the chances of seeing Kess vs Ward are? I'm guessing none of Main Event, Sky or Setanta are showing it?

All the Yanks seem to be pretty confident in the general based on Dirrell's showing against the horrible and lucky Froch.

Really? Based on what? If Dimitri Sartison lasts 12 rounds with Kessler, getting the absolute shit pounded out of him, I think Froch, who's chin is possibly his best asset, lasts longer than 5.

Kessler and Sartison know each other and Kessler took it easy on him.....he wont let Froch off the hook like that....Kessler has stopped everybody other than him and Mundine in the last 6 years....oh and Andrade...oh and Joe :D

If Mikkel took it easy, I'd hate to see him have a real go. You are aware that Sartison left the ring on a stretcher right? :) Froch would last more than 5 IMO.

Ward to pull the upset. He's definately the sleeping giant in this comp. Got all the skills & decent power to go with it. I think Kessler has his hands full in this one.

How so mate?.....however most people on the GF will agree that Ward will beat Kess.
I dont see it.....who has Ward beaten so far?
1. Rubin Williams....the same williams drew with echols
2. Maranda.....he's passed his best
Ward has power, skill and speed yes I agree....but when he gets a straight right on the chin his game plan goes out the window.
Ward wont have any reach advantage like he had over Maranda either.

agree to a degree but the US is a lot fairer than germany, italy etc but then here the uk is supposedly fair yet froch retained somehow

Ward took Miranda's shots very well. He's got this. Kess has had 4 rds in the last 12 months. I think it will tell.

As much as I would like to say Kessler definitely smashes Ward, im not that confident. Kessler has great strengths and some obvious weaknesses. The limited fights I have seen from Ward he has some really good skills but dam...he just seems chinny as fuck :yep

I think Ward watched the Mundine fight, when Mundine let his hands go for the 20secs of each round kess looked lost, so ward keeps em goin and kess looks lost the whole 3 minutes, Ward is exploding on the scene tonight like an atom bomb.

Good call mate... Hatton used his face for defence a bit too often in early bouts. Fighting so-called Ukranian Taxi Drivers, the punishment taken does limit the life span of his style of career.. Katsidis might not have reached the heights of Hatton, yet his facial activity will see his tenure limited to the same. Im tipping Kats will see this coming year.. anything after that, he'll be damaged goods. IMO.
