Father time is going to beat him... It's amazing he is still winning. And man, he cuts too easily.. that sucks for him.. but he seems to overcome them.

ya he definitely looked slower and more vulnerable, Im real happy he won though.

What?? Fedor looked the same as every time before, except a little fatter. He was tired cuz he had to breathe out of his mouth and he was losing so much blood.

Little fatter is the sign of getting old. He doesn't seem as fast and as strong as he used to be. But he is just so talented that he overcomes adversity to win.

I put 50 on Rodgers/ When they where in the ring felt Fedor looked fat...after the first round started to feel ok...the BOOM! BIG RIGHT HAND FIGHT OVER! Still worth it.

What? the right hand he scored the knock out with was AS FAST as the multiple he landed vs Nog.
He maybe is no more in his prime time, but he isnt getting old.

I don't like Fedor, but he is fast for his fatness.

I think we are witnessing the slow decline of Fedor... he is reaching to his mid 30's, most firghters are past prime by then. I think all Fedor's future fights will be competitive as he becomes more vulnerable.

Well put. He looked fat, but still fast as hell. Lost a 50 Spot on this fight..but Fudge it....that was a bigtime punch.

I think he was pissed because he let a small man like Fedor KTFO of him. He thought he would beat Fedor in striking.

He always looks fat, nothing is new here guys. He is always in pretty much the same shape as he was for this fight, sometimes a bit better as in the Cro Cop fight a few years ago. And that right hand was about as fast and crsip as any I've ever seen him throw. I honestly don't think he's slowing down too much at all. Though that obviously wasn't his best performance, he's had quite a few where he's been put in bad positions before finding a way to win. Typical Fedor to me.

He hasn't looked impressive in his last two fights despite winning.....big knockouts yeah but he's been getting battered

Fedor won the fight comfortably. Yea, he wasn't rushing to finish the fight, but he was never in any danger. All rogers did was (1) land the jab (2) have a little flurry of GnP after which Fedor went for an armbar. That's it. Fedor won very comfortably. Sure he broke his nose and all but he still took it like a man.

I would say any moment now.. he is finally not invincible. Age has crack his armor so it will take a very lucky fighter to do it. I thought Brett Rogers was going to be the lucky one. When he GnP fedor I thought that was it. But Fedor escapes and comes back at him. I think the punishment Fedor took woke him up and so next round fedor was focus and it was over.

me and my wife was watchin the fight and we both were like DAMN when fedor took that ground and pound.....and i also thought he was going to rip his arm off when he went for that armbar

Its just a matter of time..very sloppy fight

Slow? :patschDid you see the fight? His combos were very crisp, that right hand he missed when Rogers was on his back was insane. I think he was just more timid because Rogers has all his wins by KO, he played it safe to avoid having the same outcome.

To me its the same fedor, in so many fights he looks so beatable, but that is why he is great, overcomes adversity

He barely got touched against Arlovski. Those punches were grazing shots. And I just rewatched the Rogers fight and it didn't look nearly as bad as it did live.

Fedor was in NO danger and ended up crushing a young, strong contender.

YEAH SURE! "It is only a matter of time"... Before he does it again...

Dudes Fedor is human and you're can only look as good as your opponent allows you too.
Rogers did a good job and I think Fedor did a great job turning the fight around.
Fedor seems to have it all right, even after suffering an injury he still isn't fazed by any means.

i've been watching fedor since 2003-2004 and he's still looking awesome. he was all that in his last fight but i dont think he took that seriously. p4p-h2h greatest fighter of the last 100 years.

Rookies the lot of you. Fedor will loose a step his getting older and has been doing this for a decade now. BUT Fedor has always fought the same way. His striking is the same as it looked in his early days in PRIDE. He still cuts as easily as he did when in Rings. Nothing new to see her folks. People are over analysing this way to much. This is MMA people. The sooner guys realise that the better.

But on the other hand it was a hell of a lot more exciting than the Rua Machida fight......I'd much rather watch a fight like this....:yep

Yea, he's getting old. Can't believe it took him that long to KTFO finish #8 in the world. T-1000 is getting rusty.

everyone gets old, the margin for winning in fighting sports is slim against top guys.

amazes me how mma fans thinks their sport is different somehow.

fedor's gonna lose, unless he truly does something amazing: retire while he's still on top and STAYS retired.

Pretty amazing how he was able to escape that ground and pound with a heavy dude on top of him ...

You guys are missing the point, the man is 33 yrs old & has established himself as WITHOUT EQUAL as the greatest MMA fighter in its history... its true, he hasnt looked his sharpest in his last couple of fights but those were also fights that he won by right hand one punch KO`s, both fights - & early too.
Dont get me wrong, I was worried as shit when Rodgers was in his guard & pounding away, even then tho, with that busted nose & all, Fedor was still trying for that same armbar he nailed Coleman with, amazing determination.

Fedor could lose his next fight by left hand jab KO & he still aint getting surpassed as the GOAT, its all icing on the cake from here on - I just hope he still has enough left to fuck Dana White by destroying Lesnar, I really do.

This is the same way i see it. Everything from now on is just butter. If Fedor loses so fucking what. Is anyone else going to have a run of dominance for 31 fucking fights?!?!!?!?!?!? I could bet my house thats a feat that will never be repeated taking into his ATG and HOF worthy opposition. Dana will continue to shoot the low blow for his 4-1 poster boy because he's nothing more than a used car salesman.

really dont get any of this hater shit! apart from the one jab and attempt at ground n pound fedor had his no. he timed that left jab of rogers perfectly to deliver this 6ft5 280lb man into his first ko! of course he is probably past prime thats nature but theres still no one to touch him!
