Guys, I'm hoping I have a little more luck here than I did in the Lounge or the General Forum.

My friend Donyil is looking to make his pro debut in the very near future (December if all goes to plan).

He was looking for fans to help him come up with a nickname in a little contest he and I came up with.

He has a celebrated amateur career and a lot of potential as a pro.

If you guys have any suggestions, please send them to:

I would GREATLY appreciate it!
:good

If anyone has any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help if I can.

Donyil 'King Don' Livingston.

Btw, without Don King I doubt he's gonna go far.

Why do you think that?

His cousin is currently an undefeated fighter taking part in the Super Six, and he thinks Donyil has a good chance to make it big as a pro.

I'm not saying he's a sure thing, don't get me wrong. But with his amateur pedigree, I think it's a bit soon to write him off.

The days of Don King fighters seeing big bang paychecks (if ever they existed) are bygone. :yep

Actually, I did not realize that. I thought you made that comment based on a flaw you perceived from the video footage.

I have no idea what to expect from Donyil, honestly. It's impossible to say whether or not his successful amateur background will translate into a successful career in the professional ranks.

I'm looking forward to finding out, though.

Donyil "the Duelist" Livingston (his name SOUNDS like that of a 18th century swordsman)

"Dashing" Donyil Livingston

"Dapper" Donyil Livingston

"Dynamo" Donyil Livingston

Donyil "the Demon" Livingston

Donyil "Doctor" Livingston. I presume that would work.

I've said these before but.....

Donyil 'ove it when a plan comes together' Livingstone

Donyil 'The Hard Goodbye' Livingstone

and a ever so slight tweak on The Kurgans' suggestion

Donyil 'The Doctor' Livingstone

I like the last one as not only does it have 'Doctor Livingstone' connotations, but it also reminds me of Billy Crystals' little bad-ass speech in Analyze This.

"You, may call me, The fuckin' Doctor"

DonYil never made a choice, and we kind of just lost track of it.

Personally, I thought someone (I forgot who) came up with a nickname that would have been damn good!

DonYil "Die Hard" Livingston

That's bad ass!
