But it seems as if losing weight is very hard

Start running more. What is your diet like?

Try lemon juice in warm water half an hour before everymeal and before bed it helps with digestion. Green Tea has also helped me to slim down.

Green tea really helps me lose weight too. Just make sure that there are no artificial sweeteners and what not (zero sugar and zero calories). Running is a great idea too but im assuming that you already do

Yeah I run, its just that the food I ate last night had a lot of salt.

Cut out the salty foods. Also make sure you are getting your carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables.

A guy your age may expect to have a problem making weight since it is very likely that your body is still growing. Instead of having a target weight why don't you just get in top shape and fight at that weight? Did you hear Floyd Mayweather say in an interview that weight doesn't win fights?
