Assuming the question refers to "wish list" type fights that people really want to see but haven't gotten around to tracking down?
Well.
Pretty sure there's a character limit on posts..

On your Gypsy Joe Harris Thread. Mr A claimed he hadn't saw Griffith vs Harris, but posted a link of the fight report done by another poster.

What Hagler fights?
Most of em.
I seen Hearns and his fight with Briscoe, Also Watts, and thats about it.
I mostly work on collected pre 1970's fights. Which is why I have few fights from the 70's and up.

Michael Spinks - Eddie Mustafa Muhammed (seen highlights)
Bob Foster - Jorge Ahumada
Galindez - Ahumada
Barry McGuigan - Bernard Taylor (only hglts) - impressed me that Mcguigan tracked down the ultra elusive Taylor in 8 rounds.

Great fight. Olivares fought a brilliant fight until getting caught late.

It's worth the time to track down those Ahumada fights. That guy was really a lot to handle in that 73-76 timeframe but really hasn't stood the test of time too well. I always liked the work Gil Clancy did back then with Ahumada and Valdez back then and nobody was in for an easy nights work signing to fight those guys.

Mcguigan v Taylor was a very good study of how great Barry was technically, he was outstanding.. he cut the ring off and overwealmed Bernard. Frazier v Ali 2 was the fight that never got the hype the 1st and 3rd did, but it was still very action packed.
Barry was a solid champ and never avoided anyone, Azumah Nelson was going to be down the line but for some reason both fighters had a lot of hard fights going on simultaneously... Eventually after Barry beat Laporte and Cabrera , cruz came along and outlasted Mcuighan in the desert heat...........

Thanks for the insight Bigcat. I'd seen Pedroza - Taylor and expected Taylor to give McGuigan a lot of trouble. His abillity to cut off the ring against Taylor must have been superb and that's exactly why I want to see it. Barry was very good during his relatively short prime.

I didn't know Clancy worked with Ahumada. Another reason to investigate further.

was at the fight at the back of the Kings hall when mcGuigan hit taylor with a body shot in the 7th i think, and i swear i almost felt it myself. It completely knocked the fight outta Taylor, who was giving barry a bit of a lesson at the time. Funnily enough, im pretty sure Taylor said the heat was a big factor

Then you haven't lived. Both Marvin Johnson fights and the first Conteh fight are on YouTube in their entirety WATCH THEM NOW!!!! Then watch the Yaqui Lopez fights.
There are of course others on there, that's just my reccomended viewing. Conteh is basically finished by the rematch.

I think the Conteh fights are overrated. That was a jabbing contest for most of the way.
Saad vs Johnson 1-2, Lopez 2, Qawi 1-2 are good fights though imo

One of the best jabbing contests ever though:good.
Not in the same class as the other Saad fights for action, i agree, but it's actually aged better for me.

I've seen both the Conteh fights and the Lopez one, and I think that's it. I watched the second Conteh fight once and haven't ever been able to bring meself to do so again. I like Conteh too much to watch him get pasted like that.
MSM was remarkable though. I'll have to find some spare time.
All the hoopla around Pacquiao these days has reminded me that I've never watched much of Flash Elorde either, other than clips of both the Ortiz fights and the second Saddler fight.

Looking back, I'm pleased to have now updated myself on Saad Muhammad. And I've delved further into Elorde's career without actually acquiring much footage.

Give me six or seven years with no distractions and I suppose I could find 90% of them. This could turn into an obnoxiously long thread.
