I have been extremely impressed with Paquito moving up in weight, and seemingly getting better with age. Do you think Pacquio could win a belt at 154, or even 160?
In my book he hits hard enough for either division, takes a good punch, and has blazing fast hands. We'll likely never see it happen, so the question is hypothetical.

Yuri Foreman is a beltholder in the 154 division. So the answer is an obvious yes.

As long as he stays away from Paul williams or tall rangy power punchers like Pavlik,if he cherrypicks yey he could do it. At least at jr Middle. Id take him over Yuri Foreman,Not so sure about Sergio Martinez and Definitly not Williams.Hed take Spinks but that would be a hard fight alot harder than most people think.
I would pick him to beat Cory Spinks

Fuck it, there's no reason why he can't beat Pavlik :rofl he's slow as Hell and doesn't have the greatest punch resistance.
In all seriousness, if Fraud Jr doesn't want the fight, move up, beat Foreman and retire.
EDIT: There's little reason why Manny couldn't beat Pavlik, though it'd be 70-30 in Pavliks favour. I mean, it wouldn't be as tough as Napoles facing Monzon, would it?

Looking at his performences at 140 and 147 they dont exactly speak of a fighter who is going to run into a brick wall if he steps up further.
