I just thought i would share this info i found in a book.

Here's roughly how many calories a 175 pound man will burn during an hour of these activities.

Bicyling 6mph : 281
Bicycling 12mph : 476
Cross-country skiiing : 812
Jogging 5.5mph : 857
Jogging 7mph : 1067
Jumping rope : 751
Running in place : 753
Running 10mph : 1488
Swimming 25 yard/min : 320
Swimming 50 yards/min : 581
Tennis, singles : 463
Walking 2mph : 278
Walking 3mph : 371
Walking 4.5mph : 511

That website lists lots of caloric expenditure for activities/time for a few different bodyweights.

There's a calculator for it there. It will no doubt depend on the position, the weight of either partner, the vigorousness of the thrusting, and other variables - making it difficult to accurately calculate.

You'll obviously burn more calories doing it like this...

Well, with that first position you might be able to combine it with roadwork. I imagine you'd burn tons of extra calories lugging around the extra 50 or more kilograms. The second position is also doable - though your broad will develop very strong and manly shoulders if you do it too much.
