what are your opinions of the exercise bike and its benifits

Can be a good tool if you can't get out because of weather but getting out to a mountain range on a real bike would be infinitely preferable if for no other reason than the monotony of stationary biking. I reckon for every 100 people with a stationary bike, 99 probably give up out of boredom and it ends up with the ab contraptions stored away in the garage. I suppose it'd be less tedious with a bit of music blasting but still boring as fuck for me.

the calorie counters on exercise bike are brilliant.if they are to be believed then there are no excuses for being fat as pedalling for 10 minutes would burn mors cals than a marathon.bollocks:lol:

just get a 5 dollar jump rope. thousands times more useful imo.
