Jeff Harding will be joining us tonight instead of Hoppa. The Hitman seems to be doing well.

Good to hear - and hope to be able to listen in when he's on DSS.

Bye & bye - what was Paul's feedback from RJJ's press conference & training session at Star Casino on Tuesday. Was fortunate enough to be in Sin City at the time and attended, but didn't get as close as Paul would have.

Great to hear Jeff 'Hitman' Harding in such a positive frame of mind and came across as pretty sharp too....'I'M BACK!'

...let's hope he can keep it up - and get a ticket to the fight on Wednesday night.

We're working on the latter.

I love his final comment as he trailed off into the night - I hate youse all.

I think signing up as an Ocsober ambassador is a great step in the right direction.

Also good to hear Michael Katsidis' thoughts on where he's at etc. The guy truly is a warrior.

Are you worried about cuts Michael? :

...'Nah! I've got a great cuts man in my corner!'

...'and besides, ya just get em' stitched up later. Not an issue mate'

i might get slammed about this, but its just my opinion.

I think Katsidis would lose to pacquaio BUT i do not believe he would get knocked out, at WORST he might lose on cuts, but i do not think he'd would lose because 'he could not continue bcos he was groggy / unstable'.
I think Katsidis is reallly really tough and has come a huge way since casamayor fight, he fights joel again, he wins easily UD in my opinion.

Reckon he wouldn't do any worse than Oscar, Hatton or Cotto have Steve. He'd certainly win/lose fighting!

He is begging for Marquez.

Thats a potential fight of the decade.

Katsidis would get so badly raped by JMM that its not even funny, wouldnt go more than 6 rounds

I think so too.
common opponents diaz and casamayor.
kat got outboxed by diaz for the majority of the fight, and he got ko'ed by marquez . albeit after a slow start to marquez.

casamayor got ko'ed by marquez, who ko'd kat.

I think Kats has improved since both those losses and mabye marquez is starting to age....still a tuff ask though.

JMM is just so accurate and an unreal counter puncher, two things that would put Katsidis in a lot of trouble

Huge fan of Katsidis...but Marquez will bash him pretty bad...probably leading to mid/late rounds stoppage.
