Come December, Hatton will be in the best shape of his life. The problems with jumping up in weight against Collazo won't be so apparent against PBF. Can he floor Floyd? hell yes! Hatton needs to rough him up early to stand a chance tho. This fight has all the hallmarks of a brit upset in the making.

If Hatton doesn't suddenly learn how to defend himself without using his chin to block punches, by the time he gets inside to blast away at Mayweather he'll already have taken three or four shots and will be on his way to a corner TKO. Lots of people think Hatton has the perfect style to beat Mayweather, and he does, only problem is Mayweather has the perfect style to beat Hatton.

i was watching some of the kosta tszyu fight the other night and honestly, i think that's one of hatton's best shots. smoother, maul, wrestle, uppercuts on the inside. give floyd NO space. don't let him get you on the way in. turn it into a brawl. if floyd can't throw any punches, he can't hit ricky. i know floyd is much faster but kosta was WAY stronger than floyd and he couldn't push ricky off of him. stay close, dictate the pace, and most important don't allow floyd to throw punches. just a thought

I think Hatton has a better chance at beating Floyd than anyone else today. I still favour Floyd by UD but I'm rooting for Hatton. If he can keep a constant pressure, brawl, go inside and land a great amount of bodypunches he might even win this one.
