I just think it's interesting that more people gave Florian a chance to beat BJ Penn than are giving Diego Sanchez a chance to win. Sanchez steamrolled Florian when they fought. I was never sold on Kenny because he never fought Diego in a rematch.

well that fight was at 185 man. Also it is clear the improvement to Kenny's game since then. Look at what Kenny did to Daddy!

Also the Kenny fight was right after the GSP ass whooping. People were underrating BJ at that point. When he dominated and stopped Florian I think people woke back up. I think hope that IF BJ beats Diego, Diego and Kenny finally fight their rematch.

I'd forgotten that fight was at middleweight! Now they've both dropped down two weight classes. A rematch will help Diego rebuild his confidence after he gets destroyed Saturday.

funny how many people here picked BJ by submission... the guy can box better than most anyone in MMA, has dynamite in both hands, and a granite chin. he's not going to the ground unless he really really feels the need for some reason. i'm surprised sanchez even made it past the first minute after that initial knockdown.

There is usually a surprise win on each card, and I'm always looking for it. I thought Mir would make the mistake of standing too much with Kongo, and get caught with something similar to what he caught Kongo with. Mir has really improved his stand-up.
