No
the same vivian harris agreed to fight hatton when he was champ and get paid $750k but pulled out when he found out hatton was getting more.
he then went to germany to fight urkal and then to fight maussa for peanuts and got ko`d while hatton went onto fight tszyu and the rest in history.
but if harris beats witter then he is a legit name to fight hatton, despite him being a fool to himself.

Harris should not be on Hattons radar at all, and rightly so! Hatton has to have one or two more fights at 140 or a catch weight fight between Casamayor, then finish with a biggie at 147!

I think Harris realizes now that he is a nobody in boxing and he will gladly accept the 250k to fight Hatton in England.

Don't mess with Harris! Anyone named after the actress that played Ethel Mertz on "I Love Lucy" has to be tough!

Harris is a joke. Actually I wouldn't mind seeing him get outboxed by Paulie.

Harris would more than likely beat him.Dont get it twisted newbies Harris is no slouch. And dont let his loss to Maussa fool you.The guy was so overtrained and overspent for that bout it was unreal. He was on the world stage and it was opportunity to come up big and he flopped. Hatton DOES NOT cope well with box punchers FACT.

That's true but I don't see Harris having the mental toughness in order to deal with someone like Hatton.

I disagree. Harris couldn't keep Juan Lazcano off of him, and Hatton will put a lot more pressure and hurt on Harris than Lazcano did.
The problem in the Lazcano fight was that he took such punishment early in the fight that he crapped out in the later rounds.
Hatton won't take that kind of punishment and wear down. And Hatton is a lot stronger and more relentless than Lazcano.
Hatton by late stoppage or comfortable decision.

That's true but I don't see Harris having the mental toughness in order to deal with someone like Hatton.Agreed.If Hatton gets to his body which would be a huge target then that would certainly turn the tide. But Harris hasnt lived up too his potential nor fought enough names nor peformed when it really mattered. If Hatton could add Harris name to his resume id certainly take him more seriously.

Hatton by late stoppage or comfortable decision.A possibility but the fight never happened. So alas yet again where left mooting the outcome rather than talking about the reality.

Harris won't beat Witter so all this talk is irrelevant. Harris had his chance to fight Hatton and he blew it

Harris is a dangerous fighter for 3-4 rounds. You would see a carlosv1968 post with no crying before you see Hatton stopped early.
Harris may have his spots early, but Hatton would wear him down to a mid/late round stoppage or wide UD. A win that does little to enhance Hatton's legacy, IMO.

So he should fight Harris who has not earned a fight at him, because he would get respect off of you? Is that what youre saying, all don to getting respect from you when he will earn little in this compared to what he can get?
Have you not read his interviews saying he wants BIG fights?Obviously not!

Exactly:yepOh sorry silly me your so right. After 43 fights Hattons finalised realised he wants big fights.Iv never said ANYWHERE in my post that he SHOULD fight Harris.I just said not to take Harris lightly as he is a legit contender and would pose Ricky some stylistic problems far greater than Castillo did over the weekend plus his name would look good on his career ledger. So put your dummy back in kiddo and take a nap.Playtimes over now you done worn yourself out with that stupid post.

Why do you always bring out this lame childish shit, what because im 20 i don't know what i am talkign about? Youre a very narrow minded person. I was mearly saying that Harris is worth shit on his resume at this stage of his career, and thats a fact, i personally like you would consider it a good name on his record, but others would not, and it would do nothing to make him be considered a future HOF or top 5 P4P, and thats what he is aiming for!

vivian harris should never be allowed to call out hatton after what he did last time

Harris just like Judah causes stylistic problems due to his height, reach, speed and power in the early rounds but ultimately they are no match for the A level fighters such as Ricky Hatton.

malignaggi is the only threat at 140 for hatton.

malignaggi is the only threat at 140 for hatton.
But unfortunately he does little for for Hatton's legacy. Malignaggi's biggest claim to fame is losing to Cotto.
The haters would come out in droves saying that Hatton won/lost against a Cotto leftover.

Could be a decent between big fights fight to make for Hatton. Hatton KO in the middle rounds.

Harris will lose to Witter and he would be KO'd by Hatton
Damn, fighters are all over Hatton after the recent major victory. Wonder who he'll go for, Mayweather, Harris, Casamayor, Mosley?

Man fuck Hatton's 'legacy'.
You should be a boxing promoter.
I don't have the hair or the lack of scruples.
