Im feeling pissed right now coz I didnt go to the gym today. I had to study for a test and because of that I wasnt able to go. I feel bad about not going. What should I do? Should I just do roadwork instead?

if i miss gym, i just shadow box for a few rounds, with a tight top. mix that in with 30 pushups, 30 burpees, 30 squats, 30 crunches, 30 hindu pushups, and then a good 5 min warm down.
Its nuthin intense, but it keeps the old muscles warmed and flexible.

That list from Relentless is nice but 60 seconds pull ups is too damn hard.

You will be well advised to take your advice from a real trainer and ignore these theorists who have never laced on a pair of gloves. Every qualified trainer will tell you to organize your life. There are no quick and easy solutions for anything simply because we are all starting from a spot. Once you get your life organized you will find that everything gets so much easier.
